ex has broken contact order with my 9 month old daughter.

my ex has broken contact order with my 9 month old daughter denyimg me any access at all !!!!!! and she has booked a holiday to take my daughter to spain for 2 weeks, i wasnt asked !!!! what is the correct legal stance? im on the birth certificate, can i stop this woman doing what she likes ? shes already in breach of a contact order and shes goading me saying u will only get a contact centre to see our daughter becaese she is lying saying i have threatened her !!! any suggestions please???
