Repossession of Car
My car was repossessed 2 weeks ago as posted on here earlier despite us proving that it was subject to an HP Agreement etc etc.
My husband took the train down to the Court this morning and got a Stay of Execution until 12th April. Tomorrow I am going down, again on the train to pick the papers up from the court and personally serve them on the Bailiff, thus halting the sale at auction due on 18th. I think I can guess the answer, but my question is..... does anybody think I could get my car back tomorrow now it is subject to a Judgement of Order? I'd appreciate anyone's opinion.

However, he did say that I could get the court to fax him the order thus saving me about £30 in train fares etc and that the car had been withdrawn from auction. Half a result anyway.

Yes factor of course it does but we have not run out of money (although we have), we've run out of time. This will allow us time to win orders that we are expecting that will enable us to pay the money owed in one fell swoop or, worst case scenario, get us our car back which is needed for work when the orders come in and pay the money owed in installments.
