hi guys i have been given an eviction date.......from my council property. when the bailiffs arrive can i tell them i am squatting. i have been given a legal notice to put in my window and have been told to barracade the doors until the bailiffs keave......help please any one...lee

they have said they will only house the children not us ...new law? f~~k it im gonna barricade the doors on wednesday to stop them getting in then stay in for a while ...

nah im staying put ...barricading the doors and closing the windows til i can sort out a place or some money for them....ive never claimed anything in my life yet again the govt have shafted the innocent..

sorry but i think i smell a rat you have been given lots of advice from myself bobjugs and ummmm which you asked for and your answer is im going to squat anyway think of your kids !!!! or is this a wind up as i am beginning to suspect???

hi go and see CAB asap, they were fab when eviction process started with me due to rent arrears. in know where your coming from with the backdated HB as the same thing happened to me and left me in deep debt, so they started eviction process despite me just having a baby and a 7 year old!!!!!!! CAB managed to speed the process of getting me rehoused

if you applied for the rent 5 TIMES and it wasnt sorted and the council have now found the forms there is no way they cannot pay your back rent...the fault is with them according to you - do you have the receipts?
