Court lifted caveat off Will & exes were awared in my favour, Life Insurance paid out = all to solicitor. The solicitor has claimed ALL, £100k+ as his 'Success Fee', such fees were never mentioned.

What kinda business is this ?

I think the key is the letters he should have written you telling you how much it was going to cost etc. That is your first point of call.

same solicitor wrote the Will which is why I used him. If my solicitor wanted a 'success fee' he should have claimed for it when costs were put forward.
