Hi. I recently bought an item via ebay. Sold as 'new'. Just after a week of purchase it wouldn't work properly. Contacted seller 10 days after purchase who offered a replacement. Due to illness I was not able to return it straight away. Contacted seller again today explaining the reason for the delay but they are now refusing the return. Today is day 26 after purchese. Is there a consumer law that can help me. Thanks
