sorry for sp.ok im looking for info on a auto salvage yard in Mass, the owner wants to sell can he sell the biss to an outside person ( not a family member) can this person still use these rights or will the rights be lost? How can this be fixed ? Can a biss tax number be transfered ? If the name of the biss stays the same and no changes are made is this possible.
