present we found some sellers in China who're selling on DHgate and Aliexpress steal our products plan! <br />
I have reported this to the network platform but no customer service help us or resolve this problem.In China,the Intellectual Property Law is so poor that I don't know what to do.The thieves' activity has harmed our business,anyone can help us?

as you've spotted, China is very lax with it's enforcement of IP and that's not likely to change while China are still primarily an importer of IP

Yes,We're selling building blocks,their link is in the two platform on DHgate and Aliexpress.

And this is our link,another of our link is in Aliexpress as the seller janny chan.They stolen all of our products plan,the description,pictures...even we used the waterprint,there is no use.

Their behave has harmed our business.And we even don't know what to do as there is no law to protect us!

you could search "building blocks" on www.DHgate.com,,then you'll find lots of products plan the same as us.The sellers stole our products plan and even don't change one word!

Sorry to tell you that this happens, China are renowned for nicking other people's copyrights patents etc- and it takes years if ever for it to get sorted so just live with it I'm afraid. It took Honda about 10 years to get the Kipur generator company banned from importing their total Honda rip off designed generators into the EU, and Honda have a LOT of money, so unless you're a multi billion $ company you'd better just work around it.
