caravan..site owners towing me off site

ok my daughter was having trouble with another family onsite mostly through facebook,then they started to follow her at our caravan site and threaten her (i can prove it was this family threatning my daughter as ive kept every threat etc).
we choose to ignore but then last week the went to site owner and reported us. i was told to go see the site owner and they said they towing us off for bullying i said look i can prove its the other way round i will gladly go and fetch you everything to look at.the said didnt care we where off! didnt listen to anything we had to say just took this other familys word.well frankly i dont want to stay here your treated like this.Im upto date on all payments etc but theve given me just two weeks to sort something out then they going to tow me off......if ive paid for the plot for the year have they the right to do this??plus im worried i have verandas and sheds and if they just tow itone day and they are left they will be pinched! can you please advise me

what does your contract say? What is the notice period? what provision is there in your contract for monies owed if you are asked to leave?

you need to check with your original contract to find out if they can do this and what the notice period is.

we have no contract just a letter we recieve everytime before site fees are payable
