my girlfriend as splfromit with her husband and wants to sell the house, but he saying he wont sign until he gets more money from the house. he gets a percentage, from the sale but says he want more and will not sign til see agrees.she has the 3 children all the time. any ideas how she gets out of this with out giving in.
