proceeds of crime act 2002.
I WAS FOUND GUILTY OF A CRIMINAL OFFENCE WHICH TOOK PLACE ON 30th MAY 2003. AT A CONFISCATE COURT HEARING IN 2008 A CONFISCATION ORDER WAS AWARDED AGAINST ME WHICH TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION MY ACTIONS GOING BACK TO 1996 BECAUSE THE PROSECUTION SAID THAT I BROKE THE TEARMS OF THE LICENCE GOING BACK TO WHEN I GOT THE LICENCE IN 1996. CAN THE CONFISCATION ORDER UNDER THE PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT GO BACK BEFORE IT BECAME LAW ON 23rd.MARCH 2002
