what rights do i have has a victim?

Hello my question to you is, when a court case has finished and sentencing has been passed, as the victim do i have any rights to the court transcripts?
If so how do i go about this thank-you,

I think you would have to ask your solicitor about this.
you can sit in the court once you've given evidence.
If there is no trial (that is, the defendant pleaded guilty) there is no transcript. The court records the judge's or magistrates' sentence and that is all.

If there is a trial the transcript of the evidence is not available publicly. It is kept in the event that it might be needed in the case of an appeal. You have no right to see it.
