Probation Supervison

i was put on supervsion bthe court in dec for 9 months due to run out in sep the judge ordered an offender programme which does not fininsh by sep what will happen will my supervision extend course finishes in dec 13
will i have to go back to court or will the probation service arrange this?

The Probation service have a duty to ensure that the programme is completed within nine months because after that period your Court Order finishes and you have no obligation to complete the programme.
