I Applied for a job delivering medical supplies to hospitals and patients homes ,
they have to do a CRB check , the only thing against my name is a caution for theft as a 17 year old , i am 41 now but wondering if this is likely to come back to haunt me .
Any idea's anyone ?
" conviction received as a young offender resulting in a non-custodial sentence will be filtered from criminal records checks after five and a half years. An adult conviction resulting in a non-custodial sentence will be filtered out from CRB checks after eleven years."
Thanks very much everyone , i feel a little better now although i never confessed when asked at the interview (i was not comfortable admitting to such a thing at a job interview !) , i'll hope for the best anyhow.
