Hi I wonder if eny one can help please my son his 23 and got a baby with his ex and all she and her mouther do is make fause algation against him and this has been goin on for 2 years now and keep gettin him arrested he was on bail but that finished now she and her mother got him arrested again last night and she is saying he has blacked her eye but my son was not with her he went to his freinds and thay both made a statement against him she is a total liar she dose this all the time and the police beleve her and her mother but his not violate all she wanted is the babe and useing poor baby as a weapon against my son its not fair wat do you thik thay could do im so worried for him as his so caring and he loves his baby and she nos that and its really upsetting me wat can you say please to help I just carnt bear him goin away as she is killing him he just wants to see his baby I dont no wen she is going to get him doin for next she lies all the time and my sons getting the punishment its not fair

he'll be needing to get statements from his friends (and anyone else who saw them) proving that he wasn't there.

Hi agan im worrying about all this my sons got a video court today and I dont no wats going to happen do u think they will agern this untill he gets his staments from his side all so the mother has bein sending my son threading texs I got on his phone

Show the texts to the police,save them and don't delete.May help your son.

Andrew, use a spell checker and dont use text speak, it makes your post difficult to read and not everybody understands text speak.

Sorry about my spelling and thank u for helping me out on the texts iv received to show my solicitor as police are not helpful at all thay just believe the lying from her mother and his es girl friend but my son is no today in remand until friday his got court on friday ths is his 1st for gbh but she the mother and his ex girlfriend has mad a statement up but its a pack ok liars so how can they get to the truth on this as doing my head in so im hoping thay will let him out wat do u thnk please im very thankful to all the answers I get from all the nice people on her but me his mum im very worried as I no thay lie all the tim even threaten us as well shortly thay carnt keep a resting my son for something he hasn't done she just rings the police and lie my son is gettin il from all this wens this ever going to stop that's all I think of all the time its just killing the holl family

You HAVE to make careful notes of everything that happens and get a solicitor on the case
Why have you not got a solicitor before now? We do not know the full facts and have both sides of the story , you have to tell the solicitor everything and try very hard to be correct and accurate about times, dates etc.
