How Long Will I Get? Perverting Course Of Justice

i have been charged for perverting the course of justice, my boyfriend was on bail. At which time he stole my car, I reported it stolen but did not say I've had contact with him and that he had been in the house. They then caught him in the car and charged him with burglary dwelling, when I was told this I then rang the police and told them my statement was untrue he had every right to be in my home, but he did steal the car. I was scared we would get into trouble for being together while he was on bail. I have to go to crown court in 2 weeks, this is my first offence not been in trouble before I'm scared, I have 3 young children, what sentence am I looking at? Want to prepare myself.
