If A Person Convicted Of A [Level 1] Sex Offence In Washington State Moves To Idaho, Does That Mean That They Will Not Be Able To Clear Their Record?

It is my impression - which may be incorrect - that Washington allows that person to stop registering, but that Idaho does not.
