my partner is going to the magistrates on 20th December for an ABH charge. This is his first offence. Do you think that he is likely to go to prison? The victim is still friends with my partner as what happened was a accident that was very missfortunate to happen. The victim has wrote to the prosecution service to explain that he doesnt wish him to be sent to prison.
