What kind of sentence?
A little while ago somebody tried to take my puppy from my boyfriend while he was walking her late one night, thankfully they didn't manage to get her! however, they did punch my boyfriend in the face twice. Once he had got the puppy home, he went back to look for him, he actually managed to get a name of the person & the name of his rd that he lives on. Anyway, he went to the police later that night & reported it along with this information. He received a letter a few weeks ago saying that this person will be in court next month & that my bf is not required to attend. We assume therefore he must have admitted to this crime as my bf did not have to identify him. Getting to the point, my question is does anyone have any idea what kind of sentence if any he would be likely to get for this? Thanks in advance...
