I'd not pay much attention to deepseadiver or NORMANTHEDOG if I were you reez.
It seems that they feel qualified to correct your writing despite deepseadiver following a comma with a capital letter and Norman not even starting his reply with a capital letter!
It rather looks like they can't agree whether it should be English or english either.

It is always best to declare your criminal record in these cases, as, if they find out after you have been offered the training/job, they will likely terminate your employment.
You can always say, that as a youth you were very silly and things got a little out of hand and nothing has happened since.
