This would be picked up on your ID documents that you are requested to take in - the person/s checking your ID will see. Of the following documents you must provide two of these
* birth certificate
*passport
*driving licence
*marraige certificate (if female)
*divorce information (if applicable)
As you can see, unless you have forged documents, you wouldn't get away with it, as, a birth, or marraige certificate is required for a passport and driving licence, which provides your date of birth, etc. Other documents are also required as evidence and if these are not provided, the application will not go ahead.
