It means no further action will be taken for that offence unless another offence is committed within 12 months.

Thanks Ethel. If someone who has a 12 month conditional discharge, what can they NOT do? As this offender racially harassed my partner.
I think that if the offender commits a similar offence within 12 months he will be prosecuted for both offences.

It also means that if you are convicted of any offence, not just a similar one, within the 12 month period you can be resentenced for the original offence as well as the new offence.
Yes, but if they do not do anything for the 12 months, does the charge / sentence get wiped from their record?
No, it will be taken into consideration by the CPS if the offender is chagred with a similar matter after the 12 months is up.
they cant do anything ilegial in 12 months that goes for anything
