Hello again!!
Sorry to be a nuisance but as you know my partner was convicted of a section 18. He is apealing against his conviction but not his sentence. How do appeals usually work and yes norman i don't give up, not now or ever!!!!!!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.first of all his case will be put to the appeal court to decide if he can appeal,if this is turned down then thats it,unless he wants to take it further to the house of lords,if they give him leave to appeal,then it will be heard in the appeal court at a later date,but you said he would be out in 4 months,it certainly wont be heard before that.
