my daughter was sentanced to a youth offenders institution- i now have residency of my grandson but she says she is going to get him back can any one tell me where i stand and can she fight me for him even though she has been convicted many thanks he has been with me for 10months now she has only really had him for a year on her own as she lived at home with me first he is 3yrs old now

what is the question here? do u need to know who will get custody? if so, in my personal opinion, if you have a house and money to support him you will keep custody, unless she has a house, money and can prove that she can look after him better than you can.
