If a Ltd company transfer all its assets, stock, goodwill etc, to another company prior to going into adminstration surely this is illegal?! Even if its not surely they have to notify the shareholders....

Am bloody cross :(

Find the companies details including company registration number etc, and complain directly to companies house.
