im in court thursday section 39 for assult on a doctor which i can not remember anything at all i left a pub 2 go to another 1 about 5 minutes away and soon as i got in the pub thats it i cant remember anything its my 1st offence and 1st charge and im scared of getting sent down.please could you give me some advice thank you.
