i am getting sentenced for Affray -i used or threatened violence towards other persons and your conduct was such as to cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for hios personnel safety....? i have been convicted of affray about 10 years ago...
what should i be looking at please ???

I assumed it was a bit of shouting which could have caused alarm to sane sober members of the public -you paint a different picture now.

Its now going for a newton hearing to work out if i had intent !!! my brief reckons I'll walk if i prove it !! as i have witnesses so whats your thoughts now !!! legal eagles

Hussy your advice is **** !! i had a newton hearing and was found not guilty !! how ever based on the facts that i threw glass objects in a wreck less manner and other issue's cut a long story short i got 8 months suspended sentence and anger management course !!!

The fact i booked into see a councilor for my drinking impressed the judge also i sent a letter of apology to the people in question !!! again impressed the judge ! i kept copys of every thing !! Fair judge i say !!
