my brother has been charged with a b h.against a friend of his girlfriend.he has pleaded guilty and is in court soon
the girl pressed charges but has now written a character reference to say that they were good friends before this happened and still wants to be friends with them.it happened at after we were all having a drink at home and when she got drunk hit him with a high heel shoe over the head.he lashed out and she had a badly bruised face. which he very much regrets.
he been to probation and they say they will try for community work.what do you think the result will be he has never been in trouble of any knd before
