can a person be extridited from Eire to the uk on a minor proceeds of crime case?

Extradition is a very sticky wicket and has had a lot of upheaval lately so it is doubtful you will get an up to date reliable answer, especially with the very limited amount of information you have given.
Is the person a Birtish or RoI citizen?

I will be in awe if anybody knows for sure.

roI citizen. the crime was a g kilo of speed in his possesion and he got 12 months in jail but now they are doing him for proceeds of crime and he has no money so he thinks he will go down again.
