Furthermore, in this regard, your claim is that your ex assaulted you and caused you some physical injury. Thanks for your help I am having counselling but its not helping. In a previous post someone said its a lot easier to convince magistrates of guilt than 12 members of jury and recently NJ said there are many eventualities that can result in a not guilty verdict.
If he gets not guilty then he will be free to do things towards me with no restrictions like his bail conditions.
I just thought because the police had photos and charged him straight away the same day they would have an extremly strong case. I cant sleep for worrying about all this.
