can someone please tell me why a person can attack a person from behind for no reason with crow bar neally killing them half his skull missing and he gets 14 months and serves just 6 of them police then say he has served his time and the idiot comes back to our village grrrr

I know exactly how you feel our country has no justice system at all worth alot! I have been waiting for a case against my ex to come to court for a year now and it keeps being adjourned and then adjourned again the system has no idea of the pain and suffering they are putting me through and he is looking at a 3 year sentence, if he is good out in little over a year probably to come back and beat the crap out of me again!!!
British justice is a joke!!!

I saw what happened to your friend in another persons post I cant believe that this person can do that and not be charged with attempted murder!!!! Your poor poor friend is just a terrible example of british justice just like me and my family are! I have just been onto the phone to the courts today and no one can give any answers to anything. In our country prisoners have more rights than the victims the punishment should be being in prison not being sent to a bloody holiday camp for a few months!!!
I honestly know how angry and upset you feel and I wish your friend all the best wishes in the world for the future x x x

pinkbunny what is your ex up for and why has it took so long to come to court hope my case doesnt take that long to come to court

He is up for ABH on me ABH on my 6 year old daughter 2 counts of battery and perverting the course of justice. The case was reported oct last year went to magistrates in feb got thrown out to crown court cos it was too serious. Case started in june but got adjourned till july then adjourned again untill Jan next year!!! No idea why just the way the court is working its busy at the moment. Its messing me and my daughters lives up and the other witnesses that are giving evidence we cant move on till this is all sorted and by the time of the next court hearing it will be 15 months since I gave my first statement!!!
Our justice system is *****!!
