sexual assault and false imprisonment

hi, was just wondering what the sentence would be for sexual attack and fasle imprisonment? imprisonment only lasting around 5-10 minutes in back of transit van. involving an 18 year old girl and 48 year old man (just to explain the scenario a little)

an indictable offence which may only be tried at the crown court. Likely to attract a reasonable prison sentence but that depends on the circumstances of the incident, the effect it had on the victim and indeed the previous convictions of the alleged offender,

thanks for your help. a court date has been set in crown court for june. so far he has pleaded not guilty but he has a last chance to plead guilty in early december (don't really understand all the proceedings). im terrified about going and just wondered if he was to be found guilty what would happen? witness support have referred me to a counsellor and been back and forth to doctors. does anyone have any more ideas about the outcome or any helpful websites?
