i was arrested for assulting a policeman.the police in interview (off of tape)said i got u on cctv strangling and punching police.all i did was touch him on shoulder and then i was taken down.i addmited in court to touching a police officer so i commetted assult ,but in no way done what the police officer said.so i had newton trial, the police did not have any cctv when asked in court the officer that said there was cctv, said he did not say that(surprice surprice) . the 2 other officers were made fools of by my solicitor and everyone could see they were not telling the truth.i paid 700 for the solicitor to prove the police were lying . because 3 policemen lyed im 700.00 down why can i not claim that money back.
