i was charged with ABH about 6mths ago, ive told my story before.
so now i have been dealt with at bradford crown court 15/01/09, my solicitor said i was looking 18mths as the guys injurys were pretty bad i went guilty as i made a mistake and one i wont be making again.
i received 240hrs community service and a �2000 compensation, the Barrister i had was brilliant and worth is weight in gold.
i would like to say thankyou to the people who gave me advice last year regarding this matter. :-)

I hope it is a lesson learnt. Don't breach the order, pay the compensation then get on with your life.

he lost 2 front teeth and as a scar on his lip, he wanted over �8000 in compo so �2000 is a lucky escape i think.

was this your fist offence?
and was the compensation aranged by yourself before the court or was it an order?
did u get injured in the fight?
well i gave a guy two black eyes and a brusied ear....

this was my first offence for fighting.

the compensation was an order in court.

i just had a cut on my right hand.

if this is your first offence then i dont think you will go to prison, you will get a fine and maybe community service and (or) probation order for 12mths.

two black eyes and a brusied ear isn't alot to worry about its not good but not that serious. compared to what i did to that poor guy.

hi ive just heard that the other guy does not want to go ahead with prossecutions!!!! but the police have still summons him and his witnesses to come to the trial which is in 2 weeks!!!! any advice???????
this guy has made a retraction statement!!
