assault section 39

hello trying to find out some info i was arrested on the 3-8-08 for assault and affrey. the affray was against the police which was droped. and i was told the assault was droped aswell. i got a letter though saying iam in court on the 26th of this month. iam trying to find out what iam looking at. will i go to jail will it be a fine.
All i did was push my g/f and when police truned up i pulled 2 knifes on them but like i said police droped the affrey

Affrey
When i was arrested i put the knifes down in full view of the police and opened my door where i was cs gassed with out warning and then was pushed to the floor and hit about 8 times with the battons my left shoulder looked very bad and thats why the affrey was droped

Assault
I was told my g/f was cheatin on my so i pulled her about it so i pushed her against a wall and went home she said i banged her head of the wall and i would push her downstairs but she didt have a single mark.
