someone i know and a friend of his who was a realtor bought 3 house by lying on the loan app by sayin that the buyer worked for her husband (the realtor) making way more $ then he did. the mortgage broker was a friend of the realtor. they were all n it together. of course the houses couldnt be paid for because the buyer wasnt making the amount of $ he claimed. they split 3 way what the realtor and the mortgage broker got as their part. how can i go about reporting this and whats the penalties? it happened in california also?
