He was probably too worried about offending the drug addled crininal fraternity's delicate sensibilities than protecting the innocent - as per usual.

Imagine how we feel. Take a look at the post "JUSTICE" under criminal law. We live with a panic alsrm system and have done for 15 months. This monster is still on bail and should have been remanded instantly. Each police force have their own rules regarding bail. North Yorkshire bail you for just about anything whilst the met apparantly always remand if the offecnce is sex related.
The juditial system as always dealt more severely with money takers than violent criminals. It is a disgrace and the recent banking fraudsters have been allowed to get away with it. One rule for one and one rule for another. Corrupt Corrupt Corrupt
