Can i appeal a conviction that was given more than 6 years ago? if so under what circumstances? and how would i do this?
prev I got caught usin a cloned credit card. Any idea what I might get for this.

As New Judge (so rightly) says,no you can't.
If you wanted to appeal,you should have done so at the time,not now.
Why do you want to appeal after 6years?
It's a bit bizarre.
