Arrests disclosed on enhanced CRB'S?

Do they always show up if it was for shoplifting 3 years ago? Say, for an admin role with the NHS? Only an arrest no caution or conviction given

Depends if the chief officer of police thinks it's relevent to the post being applied for. There is no definitive answer. It is down to what he thinks is proportionate and appropriate to disclose.

It might be disclosed, it might not.

I would have thought it wouldn't be disclosed in my opinion.

Arrests that do not lead to an official inding of guilt should not stop you from getting any job though even if it was disclosed, unless that arrest was for terrorism, murder, rape, sexual offences etc.

Assuming that it is disclosed, you should still get the job.

Innocent until proven guilty. Talk to a lawyer if you get refused.
