I plead guilty to speeding with mitigating circumstances of rushing to see my father who had been rushed to hospital. My father had cancer and at the time it was thought he may die.I have been given 5 points plus fine.Is it worth appealing for greater clemancy?
Also due to moving houses I have never seen any of the original paperwork. Is this grounds for an appeal?
