Has anoyone ever had the above and what does it mean as i believe it doesn't form part of a criminal record? what info will be held on the pnc with this?

To be given a caution, it is likely that you would have had to go to the police station and had given your finger prints and DNA and photograph; you would have been arrested.

To accept a caution you would have had to sign something stating that you accept the caution etc.

So, did you sign anything? Did you given any details? If you didn't give any details then there is no record of it.

I was given a fine which I paid, I did sign something but wasn't given a copy of anything other than the fine..it happened very fast and to be honest I stil don't know how or why!
