Hi would i be right in thinking if a victim was to withdraw their support for the cps for a case they can also withdraw the consent for their medical evidence and photos that were also taken to be used against a defendant?

i thought that if you were , say a victim of violencethen the cps mat consider that they have enough evidence withhout your consent to press charges medical evidence and photos maybe supenoed

yes as i was aware there is a tick box on the form that retracts your support for the case saying that you do or do not consent for your medical evidence to be used
