is sending a letter to my children indirect contact with my partner?
I'm on bail with conditions not to contact my partner directly or indirectly. I want to send a letter addressed to my children telling them I miss them and that I'm sorry I couldn't see them on christmas day. Would this be classed as indirect contact?
Also what if I spoke to my partners mother?
I am on bail in the uk.

Obviously, make a record of who you speak to and what their decision is to cover you from any potential future allegations of breaching your bail. If you were represented by a solicitor then ask him / her.
