Injury inflocted before involvement?
If a fight occurs and person A strikes person B causing a split lip (needing a few stitches) . Then person C gets involved. Yet apart from minor bumps and bruises no more injuries occur, than can person C be prosecuted for ABH or be affiliated with the inital injuries?

nothing Eddie, I have just been doing a lot of reading. I have been told the guy that got kicked in the head suufered only minor bump and bruises, I found out the other guy had a cut lip which looks like it was caused by my other friend. So not much has changed I am just worried they may charge me with something higher as I have heard of joint enterprise and was wondering if that can happen if an injury was inflicted before the other parties involvement. Sorry if it seems like I am going on about this but I deservedly can't stop thinking about the situation as it is not something I am used to..
