because a majority of crime has to do with alcohol in some way shape or form perhaps

Should alcohol be banned or limited if it causes so much violence among people?

Having worked in a pub I can say it's as much the the person as it is the alcohol, it was always the same few people that started the fights whereas most people can go out, have a few drinks (or even get legless) and stay non-violent.

ChuckFickens is right - I love a good old binge drinking session and have never been in a fight whilst drunk. Neither, to my knowledge, have any of my mates.

I know its easier said than done, but people who get aggressive once they've had a drink should just stop drinking - they are absolute cretins. They spoil their night out and spoil the night of the people/person they decide they don't like the look of.
