what are my options no money for a solicitor

Need help...i helped a friend out with a loan to get a small business going. The loan was taken out in my name as he couldn't get one. But we did agree on a safe guard where if things looked bad he would sell the business and after paying all the bills there was still a short fall on the loan would take over the payments. I'm not able to pay for a solicitor so what are my options is there a free service I can use or a company who can take on my debut .....need help
