I was raided for Intent to supply Nothing was found except a very small amount of cannibs that is for midsunal use

Hi Friday I was raid for intent to supply a controlled drug!! The Police arrived at my property at 08.15 am they was using an enforcer after the 1st bang i immediatly went to the front door were i shouted at them 2 stop its an expensive door i'll open the door!!! as i approched the door about to put the key in the lock when i was told to move back this is the police its a drug raid!!! they continued banging so after about 4mins of them still trying to gain entry i then again shout do u want me to open the door as u are causing around £1200 worth of damage i've got the key to open it ?? i was told no move back were coming in!! so 7mintues later the window went thru where the officer then jus put his hand through expecting the key to be in the lock! I was still standing in the hall area watching in disgust as they still tried to gain entry eventlly after 15-16mins they got through!! started shouting wheres your weed patrick wheres your weed (all of our local police force knows my partner smokes it!!) so he told them in the bedroom under my pillow the officers got the very small amount (about 2 spliffs) he was detained and brought to custody and they continued to search not thoroughly as they knew that was Not going to be any Large amounts as we don't do that!! by 9.45am they concluded the search my partner was relased from police custody at around 1.30pm with a caution!!
Please bear in mind that the police got the warrant on the 15th of march 2011 raided on the 1st of April 2011 no questions were asked about intent to supply to me or him i feel this is jus peer pressure and police harrasment because i have made a formal complaint about an officer on the 29th march 2011 for excessive behaviour and assualt. From monday 28th march - 1st of April 2011 5 days we have had dealings with the police i been stopped in local garage not driving jus parked in parking bay using the garage arressted twice beaten up stopped and asked questions etc...

yes in deed not as strong enough for them but very secure for burglars lol but because they found the 2 spliffs that they knew would be there even without a raid they dont have to pay a penny apparentley but surley i was willing to open it that should have been enuff for them to stop as they must deal with doors like this all the time ? is it justifiable ?

Sorry what i meant is i was opening the door after 2mins of them being their it took them another 13-14mins to get through common sense is if the door is going to be opened immediattley why do un-nessary damage other than 2 wind me up and cost me a lot of money a police officer clearly addmitted that the officer is known to be a idoit and cause damage for no reason!! they had diffrent equipment for my type of door that he refused to use!! they werent actually looking for drugs but to make us feel wen we make a complaint this is what will happern!!! intermadation etc... excuse my spelling!! also there is no court code on the warrant

Surely they are responsible for making good damage after you asked them to stop and said you were opening the door?

In a raid they don't knock, but force entry.

yeap they all know us quite well they even agree that my partner is better off smoking it it keeps him quite insted of being a pysco lol but yes 1 would think that they would pay but because of the small amount that justifys it!!! it takes libertys 1 would also ov thought that if they were looking for intent to supply both or 1 of us would av been questioned about it no such thing not even an apoligy thats why i think it is just an exscuse over the complaint !!!

they don't do a raid and ring the doorbell.. they'd never find anything with that approach ;o)
