Car covered with paint flecks
Hi
I recently returned from holiday to find that my neighbour's landlord had employed someone to paint the outside of their house, we have a shared drive/parking area that is next to the largest side of the building and during the painting my car, which had been left in my side of the drive, was covered with paint flecks which don't wash away. I confronted the painter who all but ignored me waking away. No warning was giving about the plan to do the work so I had no chance to move the car, additionally when I retuned I found that they had been using my part of the drive to park their vehicle and painting kit so there is oil, rubbish and cigarette buts. Should I contact the landlord/tennants/police?Please can you help?
