Partners Caution / My CRB
My fiance has accepted a caution for extreme pornography under the advice of his solicitor to avoid court.
I work in a school and thus need an enhanced CRB. We live together.
Will his caution affect my enhanced CRB e.g. an address search, especially given the nature of the caution?

It all changed on 31st March and you can now submit questions to the CRB
I know if you work as a child minder in your own home your partner undergoes a CRB and therefore relevant issues will be flagged but for working outside the home, I'm not sure.

It's up to a senior police officer (or other relevant official) to decide what information is relevant for inclusion on an enhanced CRB check but, following the Soham murders, the police are generally including every bit of information which they hold.
I know of a teacher who found that her former partner's conviction for downloading child porn appeared on her enhanced CRB check.
However it's then up to each employer to decide what is relevant when deciding whether an employee remains suitable for employment. It's likely that your employer will either decide that your partner's caution is not relevant to your employment or (probably more likely) advise you that it would be a disciplinary offence if you invited your partner onto the school premises (or to participate in any out of school activities involving the children).
