is this a valid contract with 02

if 02 did not tick the box to state how long the min contract length was or sign the contract is this vaild? as i was involved in a RTA and unable to work and can not pay them they have now got the debt collection team involved but i not to sure if i should have to pay them

I don't know about legally, but morally, I'd say yes you should.
Are your sure that it's not just your copy that's unsigned ?

I think you may find that you have signed the copy that they have. They have just given you a copy of the terms.
