Hi, wondered if anyone knows..... I live in a charity trust and had a 5 year contract which recently expired. Myself and some other residents have been told that at renewal this will only continue on a Statory Periodic Tenancy. Wheras up until now, they have always renewed for 5 years. Anyone know why and if they can do this as it leaves us all a bit vulnerable.
